Join our healthcare support team as a US Registered Nurse (USRN) and make the move from bedside nursing to a stable, work-from-home career. In this full-time role, you’ll use your nursing expertise to support U.S. healthcare clients remotely. You’ll perform clinical assessments, review patient cases, and ensure high-quality care and compliance—all from the comfort of your home office.

Work Details

  • Work Setup: Work From Home
  • Hiring Site: Quezon City (applicants must reside within 25 km)
  • Start Dates: August 3, August 20, and August 26 (multiple hiring classes)
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage patient cases and clinical documentation with accuracy.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide case management support to U.S. patients.
  • Ensure quality and compliance with U.S. healthcare standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and escalate issues.
  • Maintain productivity and quality targets while documenting all interactions.
Qualifications
  • Active Philippine RN (PHRN) License
  • Active U.S. RN (USRN) License (must be valid within six months of application)
  • Minimum 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical nursing experience (internship alone does not qualify).
  • Certificate of Employment (COE) from most recent nursing position is required.
  • Resident within 25 km of the Quezon City site.
  • Must have a wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps for reliable WFH performance.
  • Open to working night shifts (U.S. hours) and adjusting shifts as needed.
  • Excellent English communication and clinical decision-making skills.
