US Team Leader (Property Management) - Work From Home

We are looking for a Property Management Team Leader to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a property management team. This leadership role will supervise Virtual Assistants and ensure that all daily tasks are completed efficiently across leasing, maintenance coordination, collections, and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between front-line team members and upper management, providing guidance, accountability, and operational support while driving performance and process improvement. Property management experience is essential to effectively oversee workflows, support leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections personnel, and administrative staff, and ensure high occupancy rates, strong collections performance, and excellent tenant service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all leasing, collections, maintenance dispatching, and administrative activities.
  • Ensure all rental inquiries are answered promptly.
  • Monitor lead conversion rates, applications, approvals, move-ins, and occupancy levels.
  • Supervise daily posting of rental advertisements on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, and other rental platforms.
  • Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Craigslist, and other rental marketing platforms to maximize lead generation and occupancy.
  • Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns and recommend improvements to increase visibility, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Review guest cards, applications, collections reports, and vacancy reports.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completed.
  • Manage and supervise team members and provide daily performance coaching.
  • Identify operational problems and recommend solutions to improve occupancy and collections.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of apartment, multifamily, or residential property management experience.
  • Experience supervising leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections personnel, and administrative staff.
  • Strong understanding of leasing, rent collections, renewals, notices, delinquency follow-up, work-order management, and occupancy management.
  • Experience managing virtual teams and remote employees.
  • Experience in marketing and advertising, including posting rental advertisements across various platforms.
  • Experience creating and managing advertising campaigns on Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Craigslist, and similar rental listing platforms.
  • Strong leadership experience is highly preferred; however, candidates with exceptional property marketing and advertising expertise will also be considered.
  • Strong reporting and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English.
  • Quiet home office work environment.
  • A fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps with internet backup available.
