This role is focused on the operational side of UX Research rather than conducting research studies or creating designs. You will be responsible for participant recruitment, research logistics, survey administration, incentive management, panel maintenance, privacy compliance, and coordination across global stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with experience in research operations, participant recruitment, market research operations, survey administration, or customer research support. Key responsibilities - Grow, maintain, and optimize the research participant panel, including recruitment support and incentive budget management. - Develop and manage survey templates, screeners, and scheduling procedures. - Maintain and enhance the research report repository, coordinating with other teams to centralize insights. - Create and uphold guidelines for consent, privacy, and data storage, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR. - Manage secure handling and disposal of personally identifiable information (PII) and research artifacts. - Evaluate and manage research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Tetra Insights), ensuring all platforms are compliant with privacy standards. - Stay current with industry tools and trends - Use JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to customize web pages - Onboard new team members to research tools and platforms, facilitate internal and vendor-led training, and collaborate with UX team members on panel and tool updates. What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics). - 1–3 years of experience in research operations, participant recruitment, participant management, market research operations, research coordination, or similar functions. - Experience supporting UX research, customer research, product research, or market research programs. - Experience using at least two survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, Tetra Insights, or similar. - Experience recruiting and screening research participants. - Experience maintaining participant databases, panels, or recruitment records. - Experience handling confidential information and personally identifiable information (PII). - Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and schedules across different teams. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
