USRN Licensed Team Leader (TL) – BPO Healthcare UMR Account<br><br>Location: Onsite – ortiags<br><br>Salary: Up to ₱90,000 + ₱100,000 Bonus<br><br>Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift<br><br><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated USRN Licensed Team Leader (TL) with a strong background in BPO, specifically in Healthcare UMR Accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team, ensuring quality performance, and providing guidance to team members. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare operations, a commitment to team development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Lead and manage a team of USRN professionals to ensure optimal performance and quality in UMR healthcare accounts.<br><br>Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to enhance team development.<br><br>Collaborate with other team leaders, management, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and meet client expectations.<br><br>Maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.<br><br>Handle client escalations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.<br><br>Ensure accurate and timely reporting of team metrics and performance.<br><br>Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.<br><br>Maintain a strong understanding of USRN and PHRN requirements in a healthcare setting.<br><br><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong>Must hold a valid USRN and PHRN License.<br><br>Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a USRN Team Leader in a BPO healthcare setting, specifically in UMR accounts.<br><br>Strong leadership and team management skills.<br><br>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br><br>Ability to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu, and availability to start ASAP.<br><br>Must be comfortable working night shifts.<br><br>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br><br>Knowledge of healthcare insurance processes and UMR-related services.<br><br>Must have a results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.<br><br><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>Competitive salary of up to ₱90,000 per month.<br><br>Attractive ₱100,000 annual bonus based on performance.<br><br>Health and wellness benefits.<br><br>Opportunities for career growth and development within the company.
