Premium PTP USRN

Salary: PHP 70,000 – 80,000 + 10% Night Differential

Tenured Candidates: Up to PHP 85,000 – 90,000 + 10% Night Differential

Work Setup: Work From Home (after successful completion of onsite training)

Training: First 4 Months Onsite

Schedule: Graveyard Shift

Start Date: July 26

Job Summary The Premium PTP USRN is responsible for performing utilization management and clinical review activities while ensuring compliance with client, regulatory, and healthcare guidelines. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the ability to evaluate medical information to support healthcare decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Active USRN License.
  • Minimum of 1 year solid Hospital Experience in ICU, Surgical, or Emergency Room (ER) setting.
  • At least 2 years of USRN BPO experience in Utilization Management Review (UMR).
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of disease processes, treatment plans, and healthcare documentation.
  • Stable employment history preferred.
  • Must be willing to complete the first 4 months of training onsite.
  • Must be amenable to a graveyard shift schedule.
  • Can start on July 26.
