USRN TEAM LEADERS – MASS HIRINGPosition 1: USRN MCG & InterQual Team Leader (2 Headcount)

Salary:
PHP 95,000 – 100,000 + 10% Night Differential

Work Setup:

  • Onsite – Ortigas
  • Night Shift

Qualifications

  • Active USRN License (New York Preferred)
  • Active PHRN License
  • At least 3 years of recent Acute Care Hospital experience (ER/OR preferred)
  • At least 1 year of Utilization Management Review (UMR) experience using both MCG and InterQual
  • At least 2 years of Team Leader experience in a Healthcare BPO
  • Strong clinical decision-making and leadership experience
  • Amenable to working onsite in Ortigas on a night shift

Position 2: USRN Team Leader – Acute Care (2 Headcount)

Salary:
PHP 95,000 + 10% Night Differential

Work Setup:

  • Onsite – Ortigas
  • Night Shift

Qualifications

  • Active USRN License (New York Preferred)
  • Active PHRN License
  • At least 3 years of recent Acute Care Hospital experience (ER/OR preferred)
