The Details

  • Role:

    Virtual Assistant & Recruitment Manager

  • Location:

    100% Remote (Philippines)

  • Shift:

    4:00 AM – 12:00 NN PHT

    (must be flexible for post-shift meetings and short-notice overtime to align with UK hours)

  • Experience:

    5+ years of senior VA management or client-handling experience.

What you will do

  • Lead the Team:

    Mentor, monitor, and train a team of VAs, ensuring high productivity and flawless quality control.

  • Niche Sourcing:

    Hunt for specialized experts in sectors like Construction, Forensic Engineering, and Risk Consulting.

  • Campaign & CRM Management:

    Run automated cold email campaigns and take full ownership of our recruitment database.

  • SOP Creation:

    Write and maintain training manuals to keep operations running smoothly.

Who You Are

  • An Experienced Leader:

    You have a proven track record of managing UK/Western clients and leading virtual teams.

  • Highly Resilient:

    You handle direct communication, fast-paced environments, and shifting priorities with ease.

  • Excellent Communicator:

    Your written and spoken English is flawless and executive-ready.

  • Tech-Savvy:

    You are highly proficient with CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter, and email outreach tools.

Technical/Equipment Requirements:

  • Must have 20Mbps of stable internet connection (This is non-negotiable)
  • Must have a noise-cancelling headset with a mic
  • Must have a webcam
  • Must have at leas Intel Core i5/i7 and 16 GB or equivalent or higher
  • Must have a reliable computer or laptop
  • Must have backup equipment and gadgets for power interruption (This is non-negotiable)
