About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join the team at ELITE BIOTECH INC and its affiliate companies in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality visual content that communicates our company's innovations, values, and achievements to diverse audiences. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing compelling video content across multiple platforms, supporting our marketing, communications, and corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

  1. Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and internal communications
  2. Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate creative briefs into engaging visual narratives
  3. Operate professional video equipment including cameras, lighting, audio systems, and stabilisation gear to capture footage of the highest standard
  4. Manage the entire video production workflow, from pre-production planning and storyboarding through post-production editing and colour grading
  5. Edit and post-produce video content using professional editing software, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and technical specifications
  6. Source, licence, and integrate music, graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video productions
  7. Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment, managing technical assets and ensuring all equipment is kept in optimal working condition
  8. Adapt video content for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, presentations, and broadcast media
  9. Stay current with emerging video production trends, technologies, and best practices in the media and biotechnology sectors
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience as a Videographer or Video Production Specialist, ideally with a portfolio demonstrating professional-quality work across diverse projects
  2. Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent industry-standard tools
  3. Strong technical knowledge of video cameras, lighting equipment, audio systems, and other professional production gear
  4. Excellent creative and visual storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for composition, color, and cinematography
  5. Experience shooting and editing video content for corporate, marketing, or commercial purposes
  6. Competency in color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance video productions
  7. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  9. Knowledge of social media video requirements and platform-specific optimization for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels
  10. Preferred: Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or scientific sectors, or demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information visually
  11. Preferred: Knowledge of motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects
