About the Role Looking for your entry point into the VA industry? This role is perfect for fresh graduates or career shifters who want to break into the world of virtual assistance with real training and real clients. You’ll join a team supporting multiple US and international clients — handling anything from restaurant bookings and travel research to email coordination and project support.

Compensation & Benefits

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and fulfill a variety of client requests on a daily basis
  • Communicate clearly with clients via email, chat, and phone
  • Research, vet, and recommend options for client needs (bookings, vendors, info)
  • Use AI tools to draft communications and speed up research
  • Document all tasks and maintain accurate records for team visibility
What we're looking for?
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Open to working shifting schedules (Day / Night / Graveyard)
  • Has or is willing to invest in a noise-canceling headset
  • Laptop/PC with at least i5 processor and 8GB RAM
  • Willing to undergo a 5-day paid training program
  • Willing to complete a 6-hour pre-employment skills assessment
Nice to Have
  • Experience in BPO, CS, admin, or VA roles
  • Familiarity with productivity tools (Example: GSuite, Notion, Asana and etc.)
  • Regular use of AI tools for work or personal productivity
