Virtual Assistant – Google Sheets, Data Entry & General Operations

We are looking for a reliable and highly capable Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team full-time.

This is an 8-hour-per-day position. We need someone who can handle a variety of tasks throughout their shift, learn quickly, and work independently without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities may include:

Google Sheets management and organization

Data entry and data verification

Updating spreadsheets, records, and internal systems

Reviewing information for accuracy

Internet research

Following up on incomplete tasks

Administrative and operational tasks

Learning new tools and processes

Handling other reasonable business-related tasks assigned during your shift

Strong proficiency with Google Sheets

Fast and accurate data entry

Excellent attention to detail

Strong English communication skills

Ability to think critically and solve problems independently

Able to follow instructions accurately

Able to identify mistakes or inconsistencies instead of simply copying information

Organized and dependable

Fast learner

Comfortable switching between different types of tasks

Reliable computer and internet connection

Must be based in the Philippines

Must be available for a consistent 8-hour shift
