How You’ll Make a Difference Building the Frontline: Source, screen, and schedule top caregiving and administrative talent to ensure office teams are fully equipped with reliable professionals.

Seamless HR Operations: Manage applicant workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold US HR policies and standard practices.

Clear & Empathetic Connection: Serve as a warm, professional voice across inbound and outbound calls, bridging communication between candidates, staff, and leadership.

Tech & Compliance Mastery: Maintain up-to-date records in WorldSky CRM and internal systems while strictly adhering to HIPAA data privacy standards.

Requirements Is This You?

US HR & Recruitment Knowledge: You bring a practical understanding of US HR policies, recruitment workflows, and candidate outreach.

Exceptional Communicator: You possess excellent spoken and written English skills, making you comfortable with phone outreach, video meetings, and team collaboration.

Compliance-Minded: You value data confidentiality and are familiar with HIPAA standards (HIPAA certification or experience in senior care/healthcare settings is a major plus!).

Tech-Savvy: You navigate CRMs (like WorldSky), Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Teams with ease, and you adapt quickly to new software tools.

Your Home Office: You have a dedicated, quiet home office environment with a stable high-speed internet connection, ready to support 20 hours per week during US business hours.
