Virtual Assistant – Luxury Wedding Photography & AI Studio | Long-Term | Part-Time to Full-Time

This is a part-time to full-time opportunity (flexible based on the right fit) supporting our Founder and Executive Assistant across inbox management, CRM, project coordination, and general admin. You’ll be embedded in our day-to-day operations and become a trusted, reliable member of a lean team that values ownership and initiative.

This role is largely collaborative — you'll work closely with our Founder and Executive Assistant as a true team member. At the same time, you'll be expected to manage your own workload, prioritize independently, and take initiative without waiting to be told what to do.

We anticipate 2–3 team meetings per week held between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with availability during US Eastern business hours required. We’ll do our best to remain flexible with scheduling based on the selected candidate’s preferences.

What You’ll Be Doing

--Triaging and managing multiple high-volume email inboxes; drafting replies for Founder and EA review

--Adding leads to our CRM, managing follow-up sequences consistently and on schedule

--Supporting cleanup and improvement of existing systems, templates, and workflows

--Generating meeting recap notes and auto-tasking post-meeting using Claude Cowork

--Asana task management and project organization across client work and internal projects

--General administrative support as needed
