Virtual Assistant & Project Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day business operations, client experience, and project management. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable learning new platforms, and great at taking moving pieces and turning them into an organized plan. Key responsibilities: • Manage client emails, follow-ups, and correspondence • Help organize client projects, deliverables, deadlines, and next steps • Map out projects and create clear timelines, workflows, and checklists • Assistance with event planning tasks, timeline creation, and communication • New client lead follow up and communication • Experience with Google Sheets and making beautiful spreadsheets • Create and update presentations, proposals, offers, and client materials in Canva • Maintain organized client files, documents, and internal business systems • Handle moderately technical tasks across our online platforms and software • Track outstanding tasks for two co-founders and help ensure projects continue moving forward • Support miscellaneous administrative and operational needs as they arise You’re a great fit if you are: • Extremely organized and detail-oriented • A strong written communicator • Comfortable with Canva and online business software • Tech-savvy and able to figure things out independently • Proactive and independent but enjoy being an important part of a team • Able to manage multiple clients and projects without things falling through the cracks • Self-starter that cares deeply about streamlining and organization Experience supporting a coaching, consulting, creative, or service-based business is a major plus. We are looking for someone with ongoing availability, interest in growing with our company, and quick turnaround time (24-48 hours on weekdays).
