What You'll Do

As our Social Media Manager, you'll drive our brand visibility and online growth. This hybrid role includes marketing, content creation, and light executive admin support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Build and manage marketing campaigns and sales funnels
  • Use analytics to improve strategies and content performance
  • Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
  • Design eye-catching graphics via Canva
  • Edit videos (YouTube-ready with B-roll, captions, and thumbnails)
  • Engage with followers via comments, DMs, and emails
  • Assist with Facebook ad inquiries and lead follow-ups
  • Cultivate an engaged and loyal online community

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Social Media Manager for an INTERNATIONAL CLIENT, preferably English speaking countries (UK, AU, CA, US). Local experience will automatically rejected.
  • Experience in Go High Level (GHL) is preferred
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Creative writing and storytelling skills
  • Familiar with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite
  • Proficient in Canva and basic design/editing software
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking
  • Must be willing to undergo a 2-week paid training program

Work-from-Home Setup

  • Reliable computer (laptop, desktop or macbook)
  • Stable internet connection + backup (mobile data or secondary ISP)
  • Backup power source (UPS or generator)
  • Extra monitor for efficient multitasking
