Virtual Clinical Trial Navigator, Registered Nurse – Part-Time

Job Description:

  • Provide personalized guidance to patients and families considering clinical trials.
  • Assist in trial searches, helping patients identify suitable studies base on their diagnosis, medical history, and location.
  • Answer questions regarding trial participation, including eligibility, safety, travel, expenses, and potential risks.
  • Identify primary point of contact for clinical trial enrollment at various locations.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and research teams, ensuring a smooth connection with study coordinators.
  • Offer patient education and resources to help participants understand the trial process and make informed decisions.
  • Advocate for patients’ needs, ensuring they receive the best possible support throughout the clinical trial journey.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) based in the Philippines with clinical experience (oncology, clinical research, or patient navigation experience preferred.)
  • Understanding of clinical trials, research protocols, and patient eligibility criteria.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate guidance to patients and families.
  • Experience in patient education, advocacy, or case management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
  • Ability to work remotely, with a stable internet connection and professional setup.
  • Availability to work part-time with overlapping hours in USA time zones.
