Virtual Nurse

Position Title: Virtual Nurse Work Set Up: Hybrid Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga Quick Rundown: The Virtual Nurse is responsible for scheduling of field staff, managing all touch-points (field staff, care recipient and family caregiver) and client care standards, and ensuring the branch meets or exceeds inquiry conversion goals. What You'll Do: Customer Care & Client Relations - Manage customer care procedures and serve as the primary client contact. - Meet or exceed inquiry-to-client conversion goals. - Ensure high-quality care at all client touchpoints (phone, in-home consultation, follow-ups at 24 hours, 7 days, and every 30 days). - Support intake calls, referrals, and service standards. - Maintain client satisfaction scores of 9+ and deliver a perfect 10 experience. Administrative Duties - Answer office phones professionally. - File, scan, and upload employee/client documents weekly. - Process new hire paperwork and maintain compliance. - Enter new clients/employees into ABS within 24 hours. - Review schedules daily for accuracy and resolve clock-in/out issues. - Support technology tools (ABS2, Workbright, RingCentral, Hireology, BrightConnect). - Assist with audits and intake calls as directed. Nursing Responsibilities - Review and communicate client care plans with staff. - Report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing (DON). - Prepare clinical notes and summaries. - Counsel clients and families on care needs. - Supervise and coach nursing staff virtually. - Conduct performance evaluations of CNAs. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. - Participate in performance improvement activities. - Maintain client records and share updates with referral sources. Hiring & Scheduling - Collaborate with the Recruiter and DON on staffing needs. - Monitor employee credentials and performance. - Schedule staff for client engagements up to 3 months in advance. - Provide weekly client schedules and manage staff absences. - Ensure consistent staffing with minimal overtime - Conduct quality assurance touchpoints - Process schedules for clients What We're Looking For: - Minimum High School Diploma required, though prefer Bachelor's Degree - LPN, RN, EMT certified or equivalent preferred but not required. - CPR Certification - Strong leadership and management skills. - Nursing background with the ability to supervise and coach staff. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency with scheduling and healthcare technology systems. - Why You'll Love Joining the CO Fam At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
