Your Role As a Visual Designer , you will:
  • Create compelling visual assets across digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, marketing campaigns, social media, product tutorials, and educational content.
  • Design engaging graphics, illustrations, UI mockups, templates, animations, and videos that elevate the brand experience and communicate product features effectively.
  • Continuously improve and maintain the company website by designing new pages and enhancing the overall visual user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate product concepts and marketing initiatives into impactful visual designs.
  • Develop creative assets for product launches, feature releases, and promotional campaigns while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
  • Produce motion graphics, animations, and video content that increase audience engagement and strengthen marketing efforts.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and other creative technologies to streamline workflows, accelerate content production, and enhance design quality.
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve creative output and user engagement.
What You Need Non-negotiables
  • Proven experience in visual design, graphic design, or multimedia design, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe After Effects, and other industry-standard design, animation, and video editing tools.
  • Experience creating designs across websites, digital marketing, social media, video, animation, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, typography, layout, color theory, and user-centered design principles.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI image generators, and similar platforms to improve productivity and creative workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to receive feedback, collaborate effectively, and present creative ideas confidently.
Preferred Skills/expertise
  • Experience designing for technology products, SaaS platforms, or UI/UX projects.
  • Knowledge of website design, landing page optimization, and responsive web design principles.
  • Experience producing motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Passion for design trends, creative innovation, and emerging visual technologies.
  • Experience working in agile, collaborative environments where creativity, speed, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
