WAITRESS
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Waitress.
Candidates must be a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Must have previous experience working in a 4 to 5-star hotel.
Pleasant personality with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with international guests.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu presentation, and dining etiquette.
Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a friendly and professional manner.
Explain menu items, daily specials, beverage selections, and answer guest inquiries regarding food preparation and ingredients.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests, dietary requirements, and food allergies are properly communicated to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper service etiquette and presentation standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
Refill water, beverages, bread, and condiments as needed.
Clear used dishes, glasses, and cutlery efficiently while maintaining a clean dining environment.
Prepare tables for new guests by setting up dining utensils, glassware, napkins, and table decorations according to hotel standards.
Process guest bills accurately and assist with payment transactions when required.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, service stations, and work equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
Work closely with kitchen, bar, and restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other food and beverage service duties assigned by management.
