Walmart and/or Amazon FBA Account Management + Customer Service Specialist Position Type

Experience Required
  • Minimum 2+ years of recent, hands-on experience managing U.S.-based Amazon FBA and/or Walmart Marketplace seller accounts for established brands.
Position Overview
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of U.S. marketplace accounts.
  • Combine marketplace account management with customer service responsibilities.
  • Support the operational side of Amazon FBA and/or Walmart Marketplace.
Required Experience Applicants must have direct experience managing U.S.-based seller accounts for brands selling through one or both of the following platforms:
  • Amazon Seller Central (FBA)
  • Walmart Marketplace Seller Center
Candidates without direct marketplace management experience will not be considered. Core Responsibilities Marketplace Account Management
  • Manage daily operations for Amazon FBA and Walmart Marketplace accounts.
  • Monitor overall account health and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain marketplace compliance and performance metrics.
  • Resolve listing suppressions, policy violations, and account notifications.
  • Coordinate product launches and listing updates.
  • Monitor inventory availability and prevent stockouts.
  • Manage stranded inventory and fulfillment issues.
  • Review pricing and Buy Box performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on marketplace initiatives.
Listing Management
  • Create new product listings.
  • Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend attributes.
  • Perform keyword optimization for improved search visibility.
  • Upload and maintain product images and content.
  • Process flat file uploads and bulk listing edits.
  • Troubleshoot listing errors and catalog issues.
  • Manage product variations and attributes.
Customer Service
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve order issues, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Handle buyer messages within required response times.
  • Manage product reviews and customer feedback when appropriate.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to management.
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction metrics.
Inventory & Operations
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Coordinate replenishment planning.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Track inbound shipments.
  • Monitor fulfillment performance.
  • Assist with forecasting inventory needs.
Reporting
  • Prepare weekly marketplace performance reports.
  • Track sales trends.
  • Monitor conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Report account issues and recommendations.
Required Qualifications Applicants must demonstrate experience with:
  • Amazon Seller Central (U.S.).
  • Walmart Marketplace Seller Center.
  • Amazon FBA operations.
  • Marketplace customer service.
  • Inventory management.
  • Listing optimization.
  • Flat file uploads.
  • Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
  • Helium 10.
  • Jungle Scout.

Only candidates with direct, hands-on experience managing U.S.-based Amazon FBA and/or Walmart Marketplace seller accounts will be considered. Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
