Walmart VA

We are seeking an experienced Walmart Marketplace Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Walmart Marketplace stores. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable in product sourcing, listing optimization, inventory management, and order support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth marketplace operations while identifying profitable, fast-selling products and maintaining excellent account health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source high-demand, fast-selling products for the Walmart Marketplace.
  • Research profitable products using market trends, competitor analysis, and sales data.
  • Create and optimize Walmart product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and attributes.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure listings remain accurate and up to date.
  • Process and resolve order cancellations, refunds, returns, and customer-related issues.
  • Monitor product performance and make recommendations to improve sales and conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with Walmart Marketplace policies and seller performance standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain inventory availability and timely order fulfillment.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the product catalog and improve marketplace performance.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on sales, inventory, and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace stores.
  • Strong experience sourcing fast-moving, profitable inventory.
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing Walmart product listings.
  • Experience handling cancellations, refunds, returns, and other order management tasks.
  • Strong understanding of Walmart Marketplace Seller Center.
  • Knowledge of Walmart listing optimization and marketplace best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using product research and inventory management tools.
  • Background in eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or Shopify is a plus.
  • Experience with catalog management, pricing strategies, and inventory forecasting.
  • Familiarity with Walmart performance metrics and account health management.
