Job Title: PHRN/USRN Clinical Analyst Work Schedule: Shifting Work setup: Work at home (WAH) Site: Quezon City Salary: 50K basic pay + 10K account prem + 1K flex fund allowance No. of headcounts: 25 Target Start date: August 3rd, 20th, 26th REQUIRED: Please inform your candidates to include their middle initials or middle names in their CVs. Qualifications: • With an active PH/US License (any state) and must be valid within 6 months upon application • 1 year bedside/hospital or clinical experience as Staff Nurse (not obtained through training or Internship) • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant software • Must have a valid Certificate of Employment • Must reside within MM (25 kms from the site) • Must be WAH ready - wired internet connection 50 Mbps • Should not be a former or current employee of the client Responsibilities: • Obtain and review detailed medical history of the patient and perform initial assessments to help determine the most appropriate type • Documenting patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients • Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulations to maintain the highest standards of patient care • Continuously developing your nursing knowledge and skills to deliver the most up-to-date care • Contributing to the overall success of the nursing team and the wider organization Other benefits: • 20% Night differential • HMO coverage on Day 1 • Performance Incentives* • 14th-month pay • Rice allowance 300/month (upon reg) • Referral Bonus REQUIRED SCREENING DETAILS: 1.
