Web Research VA Needed: Build 30 Local Referral Partner Targets - Contract to Hire

I need a web research assistant to build a partner research tracker for a private physiotherapy clinic.

The task is to find 30 realistic local referral partners, split across 3 categories:

1. Podiatrists / gait specialists

2. Fitness providers / PT studios / running clubs

3. HR / workplace wellbeing advisers

The goal is to find organisations that may already support people with pain, injury, reduced movement, sports/training injuries, gait issues or return-to-work needs.

You will be given:

- completed audit PDF

- client website is here website

- Spreadsheet tracker to complete is attached

- example rows showing how to complete the sheet

Research should be done manually using:

- Google Maps

- Google Search

- business websites

- LinkedIn

- relevant local/professional directories

- additonal lead gen tools for personal emails where possible

Good targets should be:

- based in Liverpool or nearby areas

- established and active

- relevant to physiotherapy referrals

- likely to work with people who may need physiotherapy

- easy to contact

- not too large or corporate

Please avoid:

- huge national chains unless there is a clear local contact

- generic directories or aggregator websites

- businesses with no website

- businesses outside the agreed location

- weak or unclear relevance

For each target, complete:

- partner type

- business name

- location

- website

- contact name, if easy to find

- contact route: email, form or phone

- LinkedIn, if useful

- reason they are relevant

- priority: High / Medium / Low

- status: Not contacted

- notes

Important:

Do not spend more than 5 minutes trying to find a named contact. If no clear person is found, use the general email, contact form or phone number.

The final output should be a clean Google Sheet with 30 researched targets, ready for review.

This may become repeat work if the first project is completed well.

Priority guidance

High priority

Local to target area

Clear fit with agreed partner category

Established website/reviews

Easy contact route

Obvious overlap with client’s audience

Example:

Liverpool podiatry clinic offering gait analysis, sports injury support and clear email contact.

Medium priority

Relevant, but slightly weaker

Maybe wider location

Larger business

Contact route less clear

Audience overlap is possible but not obvious

Example:

Regional gym group with Liverpool branch but no named local contact.

Low priority

Weak fit

Poor website/contact details

Too corporate

Not clearly local

Relevance is uncertain

Example:

National chain page with no local contact or clear partnership route.
