We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Digital Content Specialist with strong professional experience in website development and management, who will take ownership of the company website while leading content creation, video editing, and social media activities. This role focuses on developing engaging, patient centered content across digital platforms.

Scope of Work:

  • Lead website management and maintenance using Wix, WordPress, including content updates, optimization, and ensuring a user-friendly experience.
  • Lead social media content creation and publishing across relevant platforms.
  • Plan and execute content calendars to support brand growth and engagement.
  • Create and edit video content using tools such as CapCut and Canva.
  • Manage YouTube channel activities, including uploads, descriptions, and organization.
  • Develop patient-friendly educational content by simplifying medical information into clear written and visual formats.
  • Prepare presentations and educational materials for patient and community use.
  • Conduct research and summarize medical publications into digestible content.
  • Provide light administrative and project coordination support as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in website development and management, preferably using Wix and WordPress.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management and digital content creation.
  • Proven experience creating and editing video content using tools such as CapCut and Canva.
  • Experience managing YouTube channels, including uploads, descriptions, and content organization.
  • Strong ability to develop engaging content and support social media growth and engagement.
  • Ability to understand and simplify medical information into clear, patient-friendly content.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and AI tools such as Gemini, GPT.
  • Experience working remotely with U.S. based companies is required.
  • Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office setup with reliable internet and updated equipment.
  • Internet speed of at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for virtual meetings.
Job Types: Full-time Payment Terms: $5.50 - 6$ per hour for the services rendered in US dollars.
