Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and creative Western Dance Teacher to conduct engaging online classes for students of various age groups. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in one or more Western dance styles such as Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Freestyle, or Zumba, and capable of making online sessions lively and interactive.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live online dance sessions for individual and group learners.

  • Teach choreography, rhythm coordination, body movement, and stage expression.

  • Develop lesson plans and training schedules suitable for different skill levels.

  • Motivate students to build confidence and enhance their dance techniques.

  • Track progress and provide personalized feedback for improvement.

  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and enthusiasm in all online classes.

  • Coordinate with the admin or scheduling team for class updates and communication.



Requirements

  • 1–5 years of proven teaching experience in Western dance styles.

  • Strong understanding of rhythm, choreography, and performance techniques.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in conducting sessions through online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

  • Certification in dance or related training preferred but not mandatory.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Ability to teach multiple dance forms and design fun choreography routines.

    • Experience in preparing students for performances or competitions.

    • Creative mindset and a passion for inspiring students through dance.
