WFH Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant (QuickBooks)

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant (QuickBooks) to support daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, managing financial records, and learning new systems. The successful candidate will assist with administrative tasks, expense tracking, and bookkeeping support while working closely with business leadership.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day (20 work hours per week). Flexible schedule within Pacific Time business hours

Responsibilities

  • Track and organize business expenses accurately
  • Learn and utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management
  • Enter and maintain financial and administrative data
  • Reconcile receipts, invoices, and expense records
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking
  • Organize digital files and business documentation
  • Manage email correspondence and follow up on outstanding items
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and administrative tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to the business owner and team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
  • Willingness and ability to learn QuickBooks quickly
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • Professional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Experience with bookkeeping or accounting support is a plus
