WFH Automotive Sales & Product Advisor

Overview:

Skip the rigid call center environment and bring your passion for car culture to a fast-paced, non-corporate e-commerce shop! Our client is looking for an Automotive Sales & Product Advisor who has the communication grit to turn inbound WhatsApp, email, and webstore leads into sales. If you can talk engine geometry in a fun, relaxed, and conversational vibe, they will train you directly on their backend platform—no prior system experience required.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries received via WhatsApp, email, and the online store.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right performance parts and components based on their vehicle and build goals.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and explain technical product information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the company's CRM/ERP system.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
Requirements:
  • Strong passion for performance vehicles, aftermarket parts, and automotive culture.
  • Above-average practical knowledge of engine mechanics and internal combustion engines.
  • Solid understanding of concepts such as: Bore and stroke calculations, Compression ratios, Engine component clearances, and General engine geometry and performance upgrades
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive parts is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers in a friendly, conversational manner.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience selling automotive or performance parts.
  • Familiarity with systems such as NetSuite (not required—full training will be provided).
