Job Description

We are seeking a motivated B2B Appointment Setter (Industrial Equipment & Logistics) to drive business growth by generating new sales opportunities and building relationships with prospective commercial clients.

In this role, you will lead outbound outreach, qualify prospects, introduce our products and services, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with decision-makers, thrives on building rapport, and excels in a target-driven B2B sales environment.

Schedule

  • Flexible within EST business hours; 35 hours per week
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential commercial clients.
  • Introduce the company's industrial equipment and logistics solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and key decision-makers.
  • Schedule sales appointments for the internal sales team.
  • Build rapport with prospects using a professional approach.
  • Follow structured sales campaigns and processes.
  • Record all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track lead status and keep prospect databases updated.
  • Share market trends and customer feedback with the team.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, appointment setting, or business development.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confidence in communicating with business owners, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales outreach tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up habits.
  • Ability to build relationships and confidently handle objections.

  • Experience selling industrial equipment, material handling solutions, logistics services, or related B2B products.
  • Background in selling to manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or commercial sectors.
