Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Copywriter to craft high-converting direct-response copy that shapes our brand voice across emails, landing pages, newsletters, and video scripts. In this specialist-level, part-time remote role (20 hours/week, EST), you will collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to turn complex ideas into persuasive messaging that drives measurable business growth. Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, maintain exceptionally high quality standards under tight deadlines, and take complete ownership of projects from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

Direct-Response Copywriting

  • Write high-converting email campaigns, nurture sequences, lead reactivation campaigns, and transactional communications.
  • Develop persuasive messaging that aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Create compelling calls-to-action that improve engagement and conversion.

Customer & Operational Communications

  • Write onboarding content, FAQs, automated communications, notices, and customer-facing messaging.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Newsletters & Marketing Content

  • Produce engaging newsletters for customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Create educational and promotional content that supports marketing initiatives.

Case Studies & Customer Stories

  • Conduct interviews with customers and transform their experiences into compelling testimonials and case studies.
  • Develop content that builds credibility and demonstrates business impact.

Video Scripts & Creative Content

  • Write scripts for promotional videos, educational content, and AI-generated media.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers on campaign concepts and creative direction.

Content Management

  • Build and maintain a library of reusable messaging, headlines, CTAs, and marketing assets.
  • Review and optimize website copy, landing pages, and marketing materials for clarity and conversion.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Review content for consistency, compliance, and accuracy before publication.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging meets legal and brand requirements.
  • Maintain organized documentation and version control of copy assets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Turnaround time from brief to completed draft.
  • Email and campaign engagement metrics.
  • Landing page and campaign conversion improvements.
  • Quality of first drafts and reduced revision cycles.
  • Accuracy and compliance of published content.
  • Reliability of copy across automated marketing workflows.
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in copywriting, direct-response marketing, email marketing, or editorial content creation.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating measurable marketing or conversion results. (Applications with portfolios will be prioritized)
  • Strong understanding of direct-response copywriting principles and customer psychology.
  • Experience creating email sequences, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to write quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience using AI-assisted writing tools and collaborative documentation platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel or similar.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is an advantage.
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
