WFH Digital & Motion Content Designer

Role Overview The Digital & Motion Content Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality digital designs and video content across a broad range of marketing channels. The role combines digital design, advanced video editing, motion graphics, email design, website and landing page assets, paid media creative, presentation design and website content. You will manage multiple creative briefs while ensuring that all work remains aligned with brand guidelines, commercial objectives and agreed timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Digital & Website Design: Create high-quality designs for websites, landing pages, banners, homepages, and treatment pages; optimize visual layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and brand consistency for healthcare, dental, aesthetics, and pharma audiences; collaborate with CRO/SEO teams to boost UX and search rankings.
  • Video Editing & Production: Edit short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form videos (explainers, clinician intros, patient education); add captions, transitions, music, color grading, and sound balancing using Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro; produce high-converting website videos.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Create animated graphics, text overlays, logo animations, and campaign visuals to boost engagement and retention.
  • Paid Media & Email Marketing: Design high-performing ad creative (Meta, Google, retargeting) with multiple testing variations (hooks, formats); craft newsletters and promotional email layouts that drive click-through rates.
  • Presentations & Branding: Produce polished pitch decks, review decks, and strategy documents; translate complex ideas into clear visual slides following brand guidelines.
  • Project & File Management: Plan timelines, manage concurrent briefs, meet deadlines/SLAs, and maintain organized project and asset files.
  • Collaboration & Trends: Work with Paid Media managers to test creative; stay updated on video, motion graphics, social media, AI tools, and ad trends.
KPI Expectation
  • Deliver creative projects on time and within agreed service levels.
  • Maintain a high professional standard across digital design, video editing and motion graphics.
  • Ensure creative output remains consistent with client brand guidelines.
  • Produce appropriate creative variations to support testing across paid and organic campaigns.
  • Maintain organised design, video and exported asset files.
  • Create creative that supports engagement, click-through rates, conversion and website performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, content design, or creative production.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced digital design and video editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Proven experience designing for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, websites, and presentation decks.
  • Very good English writing skills and expert knowledge of typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding.
  • Strong understanding of commercial marketing goals and performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management, deadline-handling, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice To Have
  • Experience in aesthetics, dental, healthcare, beauty or wellness.
  • Understanding of Meta Ads creative best practices.
  • Experience with photography, filming or editing video shoot footage.
  • Experience using AI creative tools.
  • Written Arabic skills.
