About the Role

As a Kids ESL Tutor at EDGE Tutor, you'll deliver structured, engaging English lessons to young learners aged 4–12 using proven frameworks and ready-made materials. Our academic and operations teams provide lesson support, coaching, and guidance so every class runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver structured, interactive English lessons using ready-made materials
  • Teach one-on-one and small group classes with young learners aged 4–12
  • Use props, Total Physical Response (TPR), and hands-on techniques to keep kids engaged
  • Give clear, constructive feedback to track student progress
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging online classroom
  • Submit class reports and documentation accurately and on time

Minimum Requirements

  • University graduate (any 4-year course)
  • Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
  • TESOL or TEFL certificate (120 hours), or willingness to complete one
  • At least 2 years of experience teaching children, online or in-person
  • Strong spoken English proficiency
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with young learners
  • Philippine bank account for payroll
