Our client is seeking a Live Chat Specialist to serve as the digital face of prestigious businesses worldwide. Using cutting-edge AI-assisted technology and comprehensive knowledge bases, you will engage with website visitors, transform inquiries into qualified lead opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position offers a blend of customer service and sales, allowing you to develop valuable skills while supporting a diverse portfolio of international clients in a modern, remote-first environment.

Schedule: Flexible hours BST/GMT (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Engage professionally with website visitors through an advanced live chat platform.
  • Serve as a skilled online receptionist, managing initial customer inquiries confidently
  • Turn conversations into qualified leads through strategic information gathering.
  • Schedule discovery calls and consultations for potential clients.
  • Utilize AI-powered knowledge base systems to deliver accurate, real-time responses.
  • Maintain brand consistency while representing multiple prestigious clients.
  • Collaborate with team members across global time zones.
  • Track and document customer interactions for continuous service improvement.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of customer service best practices.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English communication skills with excellent writing abilities.
  • Proven customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with modern technology and quick to adapt to new software.

  • Professional home office setup with reliable internet connection.
