Job Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Administrative Assistant to support their Shipping and Logistics Team. In this role, you will manage shared email inboxes, maintain organized document filing systems, and assist with shipment coordination and tracking. This position is ideal for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is eager to ensure smooth operational logistics.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, NWS (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage shared email inboxes, triage incoming correspondence, and action or escalate emails as required.
  • Organize, save, and maintain files and documentation within network drives.
  • Provide administrative support to the Shipping and Logistics Team.
  • Assist with shipment coordination, documentation, and tracking.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding shipping inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
  • Support general logistics operations and perform administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, shipping, or customer support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Comfortable working with shared email inboxes, document management systems, and ERP/CRM software.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for permanent work-from-home arrangements.
