Premium Business English Tutor (WFH | Up to ₱40K Monthly + Bonuses)

For BPO trainers, corporate communicators, VAs, and teachers with strong spoken English and a bachelor's degree in any 4-year course. EDGE Tutor is looking for online educators ready to teach adult professionals and executives in our Premium Business English program. You'll have structured materials, guided programs, and coaching support behind you so every session is focused and effective.

Schedule

  • Minimum 25 hours/week, 2 rest days
  • Peak hours daily:
5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

7:00 PM – 12:00 AM

12:00 AM – 4:00 AM

  • At least 1 weekend day preferred
Compensation & Bonuses
  • ₱180–₱220/hour (per booking)
  • ~90% booking rate
  • Up to ₱40,000/month
  • Paid training + performance incentives

Bonus Stack (This Month):

  • ₱3,000 Switcher Bonus (2+ years recent experience from other platforms)
  • ₱5,000 Sign-Up Bonus
  • ₱500 for completing the TEFL certification within 5 hours
  • ₱1,500 for completing and passing the client demo

Qualifications

  • University graduate (any 4-year course)
  • Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
  • TEFL/TESOL (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong English proficiency (C2)
  • Philippine bank account (for payroll purposes)
  • Business English teaching experience is a plus, but not required
