WFH Paid Ads & SEO Specialist

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a results-driven Paid Ads & SEO Specialist to take ownership of their digital acquisition strategy across paid social advertising and search engine optimization. In this role, you will plan, launch, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns while improving the company's organic search presence to generate qualified traffic, inquiries, and direct bookings. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with seasonal promotions, occupancy targets, and business objectives, translating marketing performance into measurable business outcomes.

Monday - Friday, Flexible during client business hours AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Paid Social Advertising: Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn; develop audience targeting strategies including remarketing, lookalike, geographic, and interest-based segmentation; manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing; conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, placements, and landing pages.
  • Campaign Optimization & Analytics: Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, cost per booking, and conversion rates; manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, Google Ads tags, and UTM parameter structures for accurate attribution; produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research to identify organic traffic opportunities; optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages using SEO best practices; manage and optimize the company's Google Business Profile; collaborate with website developers on technical SEO elements including page speed, metadata, and site structure.
  • Marketing Strategy & Collaboration: Ensure consistent messaging across paid advertising, SEO, website content, and organic social media; monitor competitor activities, forecast marketing budgets, and evaluate return on advertising investment; stay current with ad platform updates and search engine algorithm changes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing paid social advertising and SEO campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager and TikTok advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with SEO including keyword research, on-page optimization, and local search strategies.
  • Familiarity with Google Business Profile management and local SEO best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
