Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dedicated engine behind high-volume property listings, managing the full cycle of posting and lead nurturing across key rental platforms. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your consistency and attention to detail directly impact lead generation for dozens of properties. You'll work with ready-made content and clear processes, managing repetitive but essential marketing tasks that keep the pipeline flowing.

Client Overview

Our client is a growing real estate marketing agency based in Quebec that partners with landlords to generate quality leads for their properties. They combine on-the-ground photography services with strategic digital marketing across multiple listing platforms to maximize property visibility and tenant inquiries.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Post rental property listings daily across multiple platforms including Facebook Marketplace, Apartments.com, and Kijiji using provided photos and listing text
  • Manage and respond to tenant inquiries on Facebook Marketplace using pre-approved scripts and messaging templates
  • Maintain and update a Google Sheets tracker with listing links and status updates
  • Organize and access property photos from shared Google Drive folders
  • Monitor listing performance and engagement across all active platforms
  • Follow established posting procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with platform guidelines
  • Use your personal Facebook account to post listings and engage with prospective tenants
  • Scale posting volume as new properties and contracts are added
Requirements
  • Active personal Facebook account in good standing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes precisely
  • Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume posting tasks
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Drive
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience posting on rental listing platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, or Apartments.com
  • Comfortable using Google Translate or ChatGPT for occasional French-to-English translation support
  • Background in real estate marketing or property management environments
