WFH RealPage System Administrator (SaaS)

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented SaaS RealPage Specialist to oversee user administration, security role provisioning, and basic reporting within their RealPage ecosystem.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • User Lifecycle Management: Create, provision, and disable user accounts across RealPage platforms, ensuring timely termination of access for departing employees.
  • Access & Security Administration: Assign users to pre-approved security roles and reset passwords while maintaining strict adherence to company security protocols.
  • Access Confirmation: Proactively follow up with team members to confirm successful login and system access.
  • Reporting: Run and distribute standard reports from RealPage systems as requested by management.

Requirements

  • RealPage Expertise: Proven experience hands-on with the following RealPage modules:
    • OneSite Conventional Property Management System
    • RealPage Spend Management
    • RealPage Facilities Management
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS user provisioning, IT security best practices (role-based access control), and basic data reporting.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for following up on access confirmations and troubleshooting login issues with users.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry to ensure correct permissions are granted.
