WFH Senior Campaign & Creative Lead

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Campaign & Creative Lead to develop and deliver high-impact integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and social change. The role combines campaign strategy, creative direction, stakeholder management, project leadership, and hands-on execution across digital, web, social, print, content, and fundraising channels. The successful candidate will lead campaigns from strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting with a strong focus on both strategic thinking and attention to detail.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, Flexible time during the client's business hours, Brisbane Time Zone (32 work hours per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours per week based on performance).
Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Leadership: Lead the development of integrated campaign strategies, translate complex research into actionable platforms, and develop campaign narratives and messaging frameworks.
  • Creative Direction: Lead the creative vision and direction for major campaigns, producing high-quality graphic design, digital content, web assets, and social media materials.
  • Omnichannel Delivery: Plan and deliver campaigns across websites, email, social media, paid advertising, and events, ensuring each channel works cohesively within the broader audience journey.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed campaign project plans, production schedules, and content calendars while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a senior contact for internal leaders, partners, and agencies, leading briefings and strategic presentations.
  • Brand and Digital Experience: Maintain the organization’s brand across all touchpoints and lead the design of campaign webpages and digital experiences.
  • Evaluation: Establish KPIs and analyze campaign performance to translate findings into continuous improvements.
Requirements
  • More than 15 years of experience across campaign management, creative direction, marketing, communications, design, or agency account management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, integrated, and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Significant senior account management experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Advanced strategic campaign planning and project management skills.
  • Exceptional graphic design capability and a sophisticated understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong web design and digital content skills.
  • Highly developed writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex information into compelling public-facing content.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-level strategic, creative, design, and campaign work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in health, healthcare, public health, disability, community services, or the not-for-profit sector is highly desirable.
  • Experience developing advocacy, behavior-change, or fundraising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of health communication, accessibility, and trauma-aware communication.
  • Lived experience of chronic health conditions, disability, or caring for someone with a chronic condition is valued, along with a strong commitment to respectful and authentic representation.
  • Ability to work in a small team environment where adaptability and initiative are essential.
