WFH Short-Term Rental Property Manager (Airbnb & Hostaway)

Overview

Our client is looking for a Short-Term Rental Property Manager (Airbnb & Hostaway) to lead the day-to-day operations of over 50 short-term rental properties across the UK and the US. In this role, you will handle guest communications, listing management, and maintenance coordination using Hostaway and AI-integrated systems. It is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive professional to drive operational efficiency, maintain high service standards, and directly support the growth of a expanding portfolio.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time ( 40 hours per week ) Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6: 00 PM GMT
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of 50+ short-term rental properties across the UK and the US
  • Manage guest communications, inquiries, and booking coordination across platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com
  • Monitor and update property listings, pricing, and availability through Hostaway channel manager
  • Coordinate property maintenance, cleaning schedules, and issue resolution to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Leverage AI-integrated systems to streamline workflows and maintain operational efficiency
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting on occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction
  • Manage listings and bookings across multiple short-term rental platforms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest communications and property coordination
  • Work within AI-integrated systems and channel manager tools to maintain portfolio performance
  • Support the business owner in scaling operations by handling all day-to-day management tasks
  • Ensure brand consistency and high service standards across the entire property portfolio
Requirements
  • Proven experience in short-term rental or Airbnb property management
  • Familiarity with Hostaway or similar channel management platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for guest-facing interactions
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during UK business hours
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges
