WFH Telehealth Clinical Recruiter

Job Overview:

Are you a seasoned recruiter passionate about shaping the future of virtual care? We’re looking for a Telehealth Clinical Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for top-tier doctors and nurse practitioners across our growing urgent, specialty, and subscription-based service lines. To succeed in this role, you’ll need 2+ years of recruitment experience (healthcare/clinician focus strongly preferred) along with a required HIPAA certification. Familiarity with telehealth operations, state licensing, credentialing, or medical group dynamics will set you apart as we connect exceptional providers with patients everywhere!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Partnerships Associate to understand ongoing and emerging clinical staffing needs.
  • Continuously source, screen, and interview qualified physicians and nurse practitioners across multiple states and specialties.
  • Manage onboarding workflows, ensuring timely credentialing, licensing verification, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates to support rapid scaling of service lines.
  • Represent the client’s brand, mission, and values throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to inform leadership and improve hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership, operations, and credentialing teams to ensure smooth clinician integration.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (healthcare/clinician recruitment strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with telehealth, licensing, credentialing, or medical group operations is an advantage.
  • HIPAA certification required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build strong candidate relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
