About the role We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Work-from-home Sales Agents to join our growing sales team at Rayenergy Innovation Energy Tech Inc. Based in Metro Manila with full flexibility to work from home, this full-time position requires no prior sales experience – we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. You will be at the forefront of our mission to promote renewable energy solutions, engaging with potential customers and helping them discover the benefits of solar technology. Key responsibilities - Conduct outbound sales calls and engage with prospective customers to present solar energy solutions - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our solar products, services and competitive advantages - Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate solar packages - Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through professional and friendly communication - Document all customer interactions, feedback and sales activities accurately in our CRM system - Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals - Provide exceptional customer service whilst handling enquiries and addressing customer concerns - Collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and improve sales processes - Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
