The Work/Responsibilities: - Assess integration build estimates - Document integration functional and technical specifications - Code build using integration tools, calculated fields and reports - Conduct peer reviews - Document and execute Unit Testing - Resolve issues or defects raised during testing - Coordinate with other workstreams for integration and configuration dependencies - Provide support for Hypercare - Adhere to coding standards - Observe security protocols for handling data Qualifications: - Graduate of bachelor’s degree, preferably IT related courses - Minimum of 2 years of knowledge or experience in the following in the following: - XML / XSLT - HCM Process - Custom reports and integration development - Workday Implementation Methodology - Experience in working directly with clients and onshore counterparts - Handled discovery and/or design sessions for medium or large projects - Experience in end-to-end testing in multiple projects - Good to have Workday Integration Core Certification or in other Specialized Courses such as CCTPP, WD Studio or CCB - The candidate must be amenable to being assigned to any Accenture office, namely Alabang, Uptown BGC, Pioneer, or Quezon City. The work location may also change depending on business needs. - Hybrid work set up is possible. At a minimum, reporting to the office twice a week is required. Flexibility may be needed depending on project requirements.
