Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. Ability to work towards deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a Team. Experience of working with MS Word & Excel is extremely desirable. ● Be able to work shifts agreed - see rota info aboveResponsibilities: Be the first point of contact for our clients\' external customers and deliver the highest possible levels of Customer satisfaction. ● Respond to customers\' enquiries using the telephone, email, social media and internal systems. Provide information for products and services prior to shipping, to ensure the most appropriate company offering is provided in line with procedures. Promote the benefits of the brand to secure bookings at the initial point of contact. Promote up/cross selling opportunities, in line with company Product Portfolio Strive to Improve the \"First Time Resolution\" rate for incoming tracking contacts to minimise the opening of unnecessary trace files ● Handle customer objections in a professional manner to reinstall the customer\'s faith in our brand and avoid escalation to claims and complaints.
