Temporary Property Manager | Prime Central London | August Start

  • Location: Knightsbridge, London
  • Minimum 6 week contract: August - end of September, likely rolling into Autumn
  • Part Time Hours: 30 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 9am-3pm)
  • £32,000 pro rota = £15.39 per hour plus holiday, paid weekly

The luxury property arm of the world-famous brand, is looking for a Reapit-savvy Property Manager to provide short-term summer cover in their flagship Knightsbridge office.

This is a rare opportunity to work with a Prime Central London residential portfolio, alongside a high-calibre team, and within an iconic setting.

What You\'ll Do

  • Manage AST lettings within a high-end residential portfolio.
  • Prepare tenancy paperwork, renewals & compliance docs.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants & contractors.
  • Log & progress maintenance issues.
  • Use Reapit to manage files, tasks & correspondence.

What We\'re Looking For

  • Fluent Reapit user with recent experience.
  • Strong understanding of AST processes.
  • Background with premium brands (e.g. Savills, Knight Frank, Dexters).
  • Confident, polished, professional - able to hit the ground running
  • Available from 18 August
