As a result of this growth, we are now recruiting for an experienced Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone to proactively support and work alongside our Accounts teams.

Job Purpose

You will be part of the Accounts & Admin team dealing with all clients providing shared services and administrative functions in line with the business strategy.

Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to enable you to complete your role, working to deadlines and the ability to work on your own and as part of a team. To be successful in this role you will be expected to demonstrate a desire for learning about our client accounts, IT software and our company values. Experience working with Microsoft excel is essential. The ability to work under pressure and to precise time frames is paramount.

Requirements:

· Confident, organised with a strong attention to detail

· Minimum 1 year experience in an Accounts Administrative role

· Experience in working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Willingness to learn new skills

· Enjoy working in a team

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Contacting internal personnel and dealing with queries.

· Review and understanding reports

· Reconciling credit cards

· Assisting with the day to day operational task

  • Adhoc duties as deemed appropriate by your team leader / Manager

Personal attributes:

· Hard working and keen to learn new skills

· Motivated to succeed and display a ‘can do’ attitude

· Ability to work self-sufficiently, as well as part of the team

· Strong IT Skills
