EMEA Regional HR Operations Project Intern (Benefits)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Support daily EMEA HR and benefit operations, coordinate internal/external parties, and track work progress.
  • Collect and analyze EMEA regional labor policies and benefit practices, assist in drafting research summaries.
  • Organize EMEA employee benefit activities and summarize activity effects.
  • Sort, file, and manage EMEA HR/benefit documents, ensuring version control and confidentiality.
  • Assist in translating HR-related documents (English) and compiling operation reports.
  • Fulfill other ad-hoc HR, benefit, and document tasks assigned by superiors.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate/postgraduate; majors in HR, Psychology, Foreign Languages, Data Analysis preferred.
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken).
  • Proficient in Office software, with solid data processing, sorting, and analysis abilities; capable of independent document writing and finishing.
  • Detail-oriented, logical, with strong sensitivity to data and documents, and excellent document writing and organizing skills.
  • Good communication skills and team spirit, proactive and responsible.
  • Basic confidentiality awareness and fast learning ability.
  • Preferred: Internship experience in HR, document management or admin operations.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with EMEA regional labor policies.
