We are now looking for exceptional Food Servers to join our front-of-house team. This role is for someone who understands that great service is not just about taking orders and delivering food it is about reading the table, anticipating guest needs, guiding the experience with confidence, and delivering a level of service that feels polished, natural, and memorable from start to finish.

As a Food Server at Nōshi, you will be expected to deliver refined, attentive, and professional service in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will be a key part of the guest journey, combining strong product knowledge, excellent floor awareness, and genuine hospitality to create an experience that feels both high-end and personal.

This role would suit someone who is polished, observant, well presented, calm under pressure, and passionate about delivering exceptional standards in a premium restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Food Server, your role will include:

Delivering refined, polished, and attentive service throughout every stage of the guest journey.

Following full steps of service consistently and to a high standard.

Reading the table confidently, understanding the pace of service, and knowing when to guide, when to step in, and when to give guests space.

Presenting menus, explaining dishes clearly, and confidently describing ingredients, allergens, and sharing-style recommendations.

Guiding guests through the menu with confidence and professionalism, helping them make informed choices that enhance their overall experience.

Demonstrating strong knowledge of food, drinks, cocktails, wine, sides, desserts, and pairings.

Upselling with confidence and integrity in a way that feels natural, polished, and guest-focused.

Ensuring all guest requests, dietary requirements, celebrations, and special occasions are communicated clearly and executed properly.

Maintaining exceptional table standards at all times, including table set-up, table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and overall presentation.

Handling payments accurately and professionally.

Supporting opening and closing duties and maintaining high standards across the floor throughout service.

Working closely with the wider restaurant team to ensure smooth communication, strong floor coordination, and a seamless guest experience.

Helping to maintain the premium, high-energy atmosphere Nōshi is known for, while always remaining professional, composed, and guest-focused.

Experienced in a quality food service role within a premium, high-volume, or luxury hospitality environment.

Polished, professional, and highly presentable.

Strong in table awareness, guest interaction, and service timing.

A confident communicator who can describe dishes and drinks with clarity and professionalism.

Detail-focused, observant, and able to anticipate guest needs before they need to ask.

Calm under pressure and able to perform well in a busy, high-energy service environment.

Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A team player who takes pride in standards and works well with others.

Knowledge of premium food service, cocktails, wine, or Pan-Asian cuisine would be a strong advantage, but the right attitude, presence, and service mindset are just as important.

Experience
