The Role

We are looking for a Localisation Coordinator to join the Localisation team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational ability, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong communication skills. Prior localisation experience in a fast-paced media environment is preferred, but strong project management experience with multiple projects may also be suitable.

Responsibilities

Moonbug’s content targets pre-school audiences and includes dialogue, voice over and vocals. You will manage the localisation process for multiple shows (live action and animation) in 32+ languages. The role involves liaising with production and post-production teams to gather assets and metadata, conveying these to vendor partners and instructing localisation of both audio and video elements, and ensuring smooth asset flow between all parties.

Coordinators manage projects from greenlight through delivery, including updating trackers and systems with work status, raising purchase orders and approving invoices, reviewing casting materials, and ensuring relevant internal and external stakeholders are informed of progress.
