GR Employment is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Packing Operatives to work in Wellingborough. This job may involve operating and maintaining production lines, packing, machine operating, and other warehouse tasks as required.

Working Shift

  • Morning Shift: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm
  • Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm
  • Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am

Pay rate

  • Morning Shift: £12.21 per hour
  • Afternoon Shift: £12.82 per hour
  • Night Shift: £13.43 per hour

Breaks

30 minutes unpaid and 2 x 15 minutes paid

Responsibilities

  • Pack, label, and prepare products for distribution according to quality standards
  • Follow Health & Safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe working environment
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production and performance targets
  • Perform additional tasks and duties across the warehouse as directed by supervisors
  • Pack products accurately and efficiently according to company standards
  • Follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors to meet daily targets
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support smooth warehouse operations

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and accountability
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role or setting preferred
  • Strong team player with effective collaboration and communication skills
