Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
  • Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food preparation areas and serving stations
  • Handle cash register operations with basic math skills for transactions and change management
  • Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and customers
  • Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality

Experience

  • Previous barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
  • Experience in serving customers in fast-paced environments is a plus
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a lively setting
