Talent acquisition lead – business development (UK, EU

Ultimech’s is seeking a full life-cycle talent acquisition lead to support our organization’s practices across EMEA. Ultimech recognizes how critical recruiting top talent is to our success, and we are committed to identifying and attracting candidates who can add value to our organization.

The role
This role focuses on partnering with the practice leadership teams to successfully meet aggressive hiring plans while creating a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process. He/she will:
  • partner with Hiring Managers and HR Talent Advisors to strategize and execute on hiring plans to bring top talent into the organization
  • proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, with a sense of urgency, to meet monthly hiring targets
  • drive the end to end recruiting process to get the best talent hired efficiently, Influencer vs Order Taker Provide a “best in practice” candidate experience
  • educate, excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and Ultimech as an organization
  • screen, interview and manage active candidates, ensuring that Ultimech’s employment proposition is communicated effectively.
  • source candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals, etc.)
  • work with Hiring Managers and HR to determine compensation for offers and will be responsible for offer negotiations with candidates
  • stay abreast of best practices and share improvement recommendations with colleagues

The person
He/she:
  • has a successful track record of bringing talent into a high-growth organization and can manage multiple requisitions at a time and are comfortable with shifting priorities
  • develops strong relationships with HR and the business units you support
  • is seen as a trusted advisor in the talent space.
  • enjoys recruiting on roles that have a specialized skill set and constantly challenge himself/herself to find new ways of identifying and attracting candidates
  • know the right type of messaging a candidate wants to hear and can tailor message to attract the right audience
  • maintains relationships with network and leverage it for market intelligence and referrals
  • has a focus on candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition space
  • extensive business development and sales experience
  • strong negotiation and communication skills
  • experience of hiring for business or client facing roles
  • strong written skills and the ability to attract passive candidates through effective messaging
  • ability to build and maintain an effective working relationship with senior level hiring managers and peers
  • ability to learn and allocate time efficiently
  • handle multiple deliverables while concurrently managing competing priorities
  • ability to work with enthusiasm in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • possesses the appropriate level of technical/functional expertise and knowledge
  • Based in either UK and EU
